🚗 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The factory C3 interior uses long cardboard bolsters covered in carpet.
Our system fully modernizes this layout with 3D-printed CF-PETG, integrated pockets, power-port mounts, thermal insulation, improved lighting, and upgraded access for wiring and customization.

The panels use a Hilbert Curve surface pattern, a mathematically generated texture that gives the side panels a modern, high-tech aesthetic. This pattern can only be printed on top surfaces, which is why the rear assembly is printed in four separate pieces and assembled onto its central core.

🔧 DIRECT FIT COMPATIBILITY (1978–1982)

For 1978–1982 models, both the front and rear assemblies fit directly and align cleanly with the center console. This is the intended and perfect-fit year range for the full system.

🔧 ADDITIONAL FITMENT NOTES (1971–1977)

Rear Section (1971–1977 Compatible):

• The rear will physically fit the chassis

• BUT the portion that originally tucked under the 78–82 front lip will be visible

• The front console on the 71–77 differs in shape

• This means the system will fit and function, but the joint line will not be hidden

• For a clean match, a 71–77 specific front set is planned for future release

• I have plans for a “temporary” or “stop-gap” adapter to cover the seam rear-only version that is being designed at this time, but I plan to make a more permanent rear-only version in the future for this model year as well.

Front Section (1971–1977):

Fiber Optics – Emitter Layout

The system is designed around a 6-emitter fiber-optic LED kit:

• Front Panels (both sides): 2 emitters total

  • 1 for the front half

  • 1 for the rear half

• Rear Panels (both sides): 4 emitters total

  • 2 left / 2 right

  • Includes the seatbelt-window illumination

Courtesy Lighting

The C3 originally had no rear courtesy light.
We introduce a new modern courtesy lighting system through the rear seatbelt-window lens.

• Front: 12" LED courtesy strip

• Rear: Seatbelt-window courtesy LED (same color as front)

• Different colors require two kits

• 1 port per side (USB or banana)

• Wiring included in bag

• Faux suede pocket upholstery

• Industrial-grade fiber optic installed

• Seatbelt-window courtesy LED (combined function)

  • Large cable channel block

  • Armrest mount w/ shims

  • Forward screw blocks

Rear Installation (Important):

• Rear section is a live-fit kit

• Customer must:

  1. Epoxy mounting blocks in place

  2. Remove seatbelt-window lens

  3. Align rear panel via lens opening

  4. Mark and drill final screw holes (every car has unique fiberglass twist)

  5. Reinstall lens and complete mounting

Customer Must Supply:

• Fiber emitter kit

• Fuse box

• Main power harness

• Tap-in connectors

• Basic wiring supplies

👉 OPTION 3 — FULL LIGHTING SYSTEM (COMPLETE KIT)

Includes everything in Option 2 PLUS:

• Emitters included (all 6)

• Industrial fiber installed

• All wires shortened and soldered

  • 24 solder joints (6 emitters × 4 wires)

• Rear under-armrest auxiliary lighting

• Power consolidated to a single heat-shrink main terminal

• Fuse box included

• Customer only needs MAIN harness wire + optional relay if desired

🎨 OPTION B — PAINT FINISH

$200 per section

• 3 coats vinyl adhesive primer

• 12 coats vinyl color

• 3 coats clear sealer

• 4 cans total

• Must be applied in one continuous 8-hour session

• 1-week cure time

• Duplicolor colors only (custom extra)

🔩 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Front:

• Direct bolt-in (78–82)

• Basic wiring

• No modifications

Rear:

• Epoxy mounting required (JB Weld 2-part only)

• Clean/alcohol-prep before applying

• Drill screw holes for perfect alignment

• Remove lens, align panel, reinstall lens

• Precision Phillips required for lens screws

Wiring Pass-Through:

• Drill hole for rear battery compartment wiring

• Use step bit for clean sizing

• Install rubber grommets

  • Harbor Freight $6 kit recommended

For high-current builds:

• Dual battery system recommended
