Why We Still Build In-House
Because corners don't get cut here. Every grill goes through five checkpoints before it's ever listed for sale.
Step 1. Design & Structural Review
Every grill is inspected visually for integrity before a single print starts.
Step 2. Prototype Print
We print each design in-house first, to confirm it manufactures cleanly, releases properly, and holds its structure.
Step 3. Thickness & Quality Check
Every print is tested by hand. If it needs reinforcing, it goes back to the model before it moves forward, not after.
Step 4. Manufacturer Approval
Only a file that's already passed our own standards gets sent to our manufacturing partner for final production.
Step 5. Final Inspection
Every finished piece comes back to us first. We check it by hand for zero defects. Only then does it go live on the site.
The goal: not one return for quality. Ever.
